Larry Perkins
Chief Executive Officer
Larry Perkins is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, and native Texan from Midland and is our co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer. In 1983, Larry formed Perkins Engineering Services. Perkins later acquired BOSS Oil Field Construction and merged this company to form L.L. Perkins Co., which he successfully sold in 1998. Perkins continued his ventures with Quantum Equipment (1999), Vulcan Industries (2001), and BBL Falcon Industries (2003). In 2009, Falcon was acquired by CARBO Ceramics (NYSE: CRR) where he served as the Director of Product Development for five years.
Russell Brown
Chief Operations Officer
Russell Brown is the Chief Operating Officer for BPS Technology and President of Shotwell Hydrogenics. Russell has 27 years of chemical manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Shotwell and BPS Technology, he held roles spanning the personal care, HI&I, and oil and gas industries—previous positions were with Pilot Chemical, Tendeka, C&J Energy Services, and he served in the U.S. Army. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Chemistry from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Business Administration.
Donna Shotwell
Senior Vice President, Asset Research
Donna Shotwell serves BPS Technology as the Senior Vice President of Asset Research. She is the co-founder of Shotwell Hydrogenics, the chemical manufacturing arm of BPS Technology. Donna has more than 30 years of experience in chemical innovation and product development. A native of Oklahoma, Donna loves being near the water and has a passion for helping others.
